Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of service will be charged the full amount of the cancelled service. Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of service will be charged 50% of the cancelled service.

Please contact Autumn if you will be late via email, instagram, call, or text. Any client more than 15 minutes late will be charged 50% of the service and asked to reschedule.

Any no-show client will be charged the full amount of the missed service,

Any person interested in services must be 15 or older. Any person under 18 must bring a parent or guardian to sign a consent form.

Please DO bring your parent or guardian if you are under 18 receiving a service.

Please DO NOT bring children or

extra guests if you are of-age receiving a service.
